Zebra Crossing With A Message
Just like the zebra shaped zebra crossing this crossing also contains a message. It’s a zebra crossing made out of the names of pedestrians who died in traffic. At the end of the zebra crossing it says: “1/4 of car accident victims are pedestrians”. Watch the video.

So how many people will be hit by cars as they read the message? This isn't helping. People get hurt because they don't pay attention to what's going on around them and this is a distraction at the worst time.
I'm not the first one to think this:
