SkinShoe - Change Skins, Not Shoes
The SkinShoe consists of two parts: 1) the bone, an inner shoe/sole, 2) a skin. If you want to switch shoes you simply slip the bone into a new skin. Prices are still pretty high at the moment (50 dollar for a bone and 125-300 dollar for a skin) but lower the price and add ‘design-your-own-skin’ features and who knows how popular these shoes are going to be.

Did you see the actual shoes? They are pretty nice looking. Check out the video from the Museum of Contemporary Art: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=49q0vz-RV8E
