Princess Mononoke
The New York Times movie reviewer A.O. Scott‘s recent Critics’ Pick was the Anime Princess Mononoke. The film, created by Hayao Miyazaki, is a metaphor for our “anxieties around global warming and environmental catastrophes” says Scott, rendered in a Monet-like style.
