My Cadillac Story
I think Cadillac did a great job with their My Cadillac Story website. On this website they show clips of famous people, like Joan Jett, Fat Joe, Travis Barker and Andy Garcia, but also of complete strangers who tell the viewers about experiences they had with Cadillacs.
The clips make very clear how much emotion is involved when people choose for a particular brand. Letting all kinds of people tell about these emotions gives Cadillac a ‘warmer’ image. I selected some of the clips for you.
