Motorola Red - Banned Commercial
This is the commercial for the Motorola Red. This red phone is “designed to help eliminate AIDS in Africa” just like other RED products. The commercial was directed by Jonathan Glazer who also did Karma Police for Radiohead. Watch the banned commercial here.

isn't naked people spinning around how AIDS is sometimes spread?

@Josh: you've got a point there... though when using a condom naked people are free to spin as much as they want... :-)
