Microsoft Not Happy About Leaked Videos
Two comical Microsoft training videos were posted on the internet recently. In these videos Ricky Gervais plays David “The Office” Brent and while doing so he makes jokes about Bill Gates and computer geeks.
When watching the 37 minutes of video you get the sense that Microsoft actually does have a sense of humour and is able to laugh at itself. But that conclusion is wrong. A Microsoft spokesperson said in an email. “These videos were produced for internal use and were never intended to be viewed by the public.” Apparently the rule at Microsoft is: Humour is only allowed within company walls.
