Manufactured Landscapes Trailer
Manufactured Landscapes is a new documentary on the world and work of renowned artist Edward Burtynsky. Internationally acclaimed for his large-scale photographs of “manufactured landscapes”. The film follows him through China, as he shoots the evidence and effects of that country’s massive industrial revolution.

If we are what we think? Or we become what we think? Or even if what we give attention to grows, what should we be focussing on? Have we had enough of the bad to start thinking about the good in the world? I think it was Mother Theresa who was asked to join an Anti War rally and declined: 'If it's a pro peace rally I'll be there". My point is I'm seeing all kinds of documentaries, news coverage and stuff about how the world is slowly going down the drain. I'm beginning to believe it's turning in to a self fullfilling prophecy. Can't someone start turning the tide? And upcycle our thinking?

@Piet Wijs: I totally agree. That very thought, focusing on the good, is also why I started Fresh Creation. Before I started this website I saw so much unoriginal/ugly/annoying creations around me that I decided to raise the bar by letting other people see the great things that are made. I know for sure that it works since I get asked details of artists/creators that were featured on Fresh Creation many times. Most of the times it's because these people want to use a certain technique in something they are working on. When that happens it puts a smile on my face. Because that's just what Fresh Creation is all about: Inspiring people. :-)
