Just Do It Yourself
Ji Lee, currently Google Creative Labs’ Creative Director, got bored working in advertising because he felt he was limited in his creativity by client ‘stubbornness’ when it came to realizing his ideas. So he took out a few thousand dollars and started his infamous Bubble Project himself.

Ji Lee was hired (2008) at Google Labs BECAUSE OF his personal work like the bubble project (2002). He has been able to do something great things at Google so I am not sure if he would want you saying he finds them stubborn.
