If it becomes too out of hand, I think there will be a lot of regulation to control the problem with over saturation. As for now, I don't see that being a problem. With new forms of media comes new forms of advertising, it's more of an expansion than staturation. Advertising networks take notice of these new forms and create advertising opportunities from them.
Adwido is a prime example of this.
