Clickable TV

image
Here’s a demo of what TV could be like in the near future. You simply click on the items that you see on the screen and you get information about that item. For instance: if you click on a product you can have a closer look at it and even order it straight away. The demo is made by Koen, a student who made the demo as part of his graduation assignment at Working Tomorrow.

have you ever heard of ASterpix. Asterpix Asterpix enables users to easily create hypervideos and share them through websites, blogs and email. Analogous to hypertext, hypervideo provides an interactive experience by allowing viewers to select objects of interest to get more information or navigate the video.

@IPUB: Thanks for adding the extra information. I hadn't heard about ASterpix before. Cool... The only thing you have to do is select an object and attach information to it? I mean, after that it follows that object automatically in the video?

@IPUB: Nice... And it's even embeddable. So you can add website-links to the video and make it even easier for viewers to go to the websites/products that you're promoting.
